We are a referral and matching service — we connect homeowners in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley, Arizona with independent, licensed local electricians. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform electrical work.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly: name, phone number, city, and any details you share about your electrical service request, whether through our contact form or by phone.
SMS/text opt-in data: if you check the consent box on our contact form or otherwise opt in to text messages, we collect your phone number and the fact and timestamp of your consent.
Automatically collected information: standard analytics data (pages visited, general location at the city/region level, device/browser type) via Google Analytics, and call data (number dialed, call duration, and — see §6 — potentially a recording) via our call-tracking provider.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to: (a) match you with an independent, licensed electrician who can help with your request, (b) share your request with that electrician so they can contact you, and (c) understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your electrician-matching request.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you opt in via our contact form, East Valley Electric Pro and/or the independent electrician you're matched with may text you about your request. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to be matched with an electrician by phone or email.

5. How We Share Your Information — Fulfillment-Only

Your phone number and request details are shared only with the specific independent electrician needed to fulfill your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. We may also share limited data with service providers who help us operate the site itself (our analytics provider, our call-tracking/hosting providers), under agreements that limit their use of it to providing that service to us. We do not share your SMS opt-in data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

6. Call Recording

Arizona law permits recording a phone call with the consent of only one party to the call. As a matter of our own policy — not because Arizona law requires it — we disclose recording anyway: calls to our tracked number may be recorded for quality and follow-up purposes, and this is stated at the start of the call.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information you provide, including transmitting form data over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights
