1. Acceptance of Terms

By using eastvalleyelectricpro.com (the "Site"), operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Description of Service

East Valley Electric Pro is a referral and matching service that connects homeowners in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley, Arizona with independent, licensed local electricians. East Valley Electric Pro / AuthenitcBrand, LLC is not a licensed contractor. We do not perform electrical work, and any work performed is done entirely by the independent electrician you are matched with, under that electrician's own license and responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or submit a request through it.

4. No Guarantee of Electrician Performance

We match you with electricians who hold an active Arizona ROC license in the applicable classification (R-11, C-11, or CR-11) at the time we check. We work with providers who report being licensed and insured — we recommend you independently verify a license before hiring, using the ROC's own Contractor Search tool. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by an independent electrician, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and that electrician.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

By opting in through our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from East Valley Electric Pro and/or the independent electrician you're matched with, related to your service request.

  • Message frequency: may vary based on your request and the electrician's follow-up.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using this Site or of being matched with an electrician — you can always reach us by phone or the contact form without opting in to texts.

6. Third-Party Providers

Electricians matched through this Site are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or contractors of AuthenitcBrand, LLC. Any dispute, warranty claim, or issue with work performed is between you and that electrician directly.

7. Call Recording

Calls to our tracked phone number may be recorded for quality and follow-up purposes. By calling that number, you consent to this recording.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthenitcBrand, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or from the actions, work, or conduct of any independent electrician matched through the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
